Our students, Our resources

At the Xavier’s Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged (XRCVC) we not only encourage the visually challenged students to take an active part in their academic life but also enrich their own lives in the process of studying at the College and being part of the centre.

The centre strongly believes that whilst the students may have a visual impairment, given the right support and direction, they can successfully overcome the hurdle faced by their physical handicap.

At the XRCVC, we therefore view each of our students as a source of enormous talent and potential. We regard our role to provide adequate support to them to help them discover their own potential and grow.

We hope that our students at the end of their duration at the College and the centre have not only gained in their knowledge about their subject of study but have also grown as individuals ready for the challenge of the world outside.
